Order Preparation
The preparation of your order is done with great care and will be dispatched as soon as possible.
The lamp is slipped into a cardboard package and surrounded by bubble wrap to protect it.
Deliveries
Deliveries are made by the postal service from Brussels, Belgium.
You can follow your order by following the link in the description of your order, with the parcel number that will be communicated to your shipment.
Delivery times are 3 to 7 working days, following the receipt of the confirmation e-mail that will be sent as proof of the good support of the order.
The sending of your order is ensured which ensures you: a follow-up online, a proof of deposit, insurance up to 500€, a signature at the reception.
Payments
All the prices are in Euros.
In accordance with the European Directive 2000/31/EC on certain aspects of electronic commerce, the placing of an order implies acceptance by the customer which entails the formation of the contract ans the final acceptance by the customer of the prices and the description of the products available for sale as well as all general conditions of sale.
Exchange & refund
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code on distance selling (articles L121-16 and following of the Consumer Code), the consumer has the right of withdrawal without having to justify any reason, without penalty, only the costs of return being at his expense. The law provides that the buyer of a product has for this a period of seven days from the delivery of his being specified that if this period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday. It is extended until the next business day.
Beyond this deadline, holso will be free to refuse the exchange or refund.
Within this period, you do not have to justify the reason for the referral.
If these conditions are not met, we be unable to return or exchange your lamp and it will be returned to you at your expenses.

We will then confirm the details of the return or exchange procedure and , if applicable, the availability of the items.
The exchange or the refund of the articles will be able to be accepted only if the ordered articles are returned to us in perfect state in its packing of origin, with the copy of the invoice.
The cost of return are the responsibility of the customer but shipping costs will not be charged on case of exchange.

You have the right to access and rectify your personal datas. Your data will not be transmitted to anyone outside the organization.
